My Russian girlfriend, Liza, has come to stay with me in London for a few weeks, we went for a walk in Richmond (very near me) and I managed to snap this as the sun set with my brand new 5D Mk2 and a 70-200mm F4 L:
This was much to her irritation as she was within 2 feet of me but without a telephoto lens! I'm not sure if I prefer this one:
We have had quite the White Christmas here in Ealing with heavy snow falling for a few days, I really cranked the ISO up on these one's to see how far it would go:

One last shot..
I found this yesterday while sorting out my portfolio, it somehow didn't make it into the original edit.
I find that time can give us perspective on what we feel works in images, what you might initially have ignored as boring or badly composed can be seen in a new light with just a bit of time away from it.
